Published business information and usernames attached to reviews may be public. Passwords and private email addresses are not publicly displayed. Personal data is not sold; it may be shared only with necessary service providers or competent authorities when legally required.

Data is retained only as needed for the service, security, disputes, backups and legal duties. Password hashing, session protection, verification, access controls and upload checks are used.
